I'm not sure we ever had anyone confirm 910 working. I looked through the last few pages but did not see anything. Didn't feel like looking at 20+ pages.

Would be nice to get a confirmation.

My guess would be that it will not work but hey what do I know.  :)

I could swear that it did work for both the razr and the maxx. However, its possible that I am wrong :(

And I definitely would not go by one persons failure :)

The 910 is not a US phone. Their update was after the exploit was patched.

No it will not. None of the current exploits work.

Your best option is to root on 246, protect root, take the update and restore root.

I was very impressed with the ease of installation, and this was my first time root experience. I might have got a little greedy with all the new capabilities particularly with moving/deleting annoying Motorola apps. I have a Droid Razor (First).

Oddly enough after a normal reboot, I noticed that I had lost my mobile Data capability, signal bars were grey, and, a small red alert icon appeared. Well after several hours later in total frustration I simply did a hard reset hoping to eradicate the problem. Well, I have been on the horn to Verizon and Motorola and the only fix they had was to swap out the Sim card. Did that and the problem is still there. I did notice that if I went into Mobile Networks options, I got a (settings Suddenly stopped Error crash dialog). Same thing if I just tried to access Motorola Settings from the launcher.

I'm guessing something I did, corrupted the radio receiver as I can't reactivate the phone, and I have been through all the reset settings cache, etc, from the Power and volume buttons. Tried recovery, no go either.

I think my inexperience with the rooting process lies to blame. I did no backup, simply followed your instructions.

Now I'm wondering what to do to reverse the process, even unroot as my phone is useless. Is there any utility, procedure to restore and reconnect the Mobile Data Radio back to make the phone function? Verzion claims it's a software issue, but I didn't disclose the root I did.

Any suggestions before I go more crazy?

Yes, there is s autility for that :) Get Matts JB utility. Use Option 1 to wipe and reset phone back to clean JB then immediately use Option 3 to get back root (do not setup your google account yet), then you can use option 4 to install safestrap if you want or boot the phone. Option 3 to root is this, Dans exploit in an all-in-one utility from Matt.

mine keeps freezing at the cleanup phase.  followed the steps exactly as written in the program.  Deleted and restarted smartactions to the get started step and chose the battery saver like it says.  tried twice and still freezing at cleanup.  I have no idea what is going on.  It puts SU on my phone but not safestrap or anything else.  Does not seem to be rooted but cannot check to find out.  Should I manually install the safestrap.apk or should I try something else with the root utility?
