Hello friends.

This is my first post at this forum.

I just bought and want to root Motorola Droid Razr M (xt907) 185.46.10. I tried approximately dozens of root tools but it seems that 185.46.10 system version is not rootable right now. But as you are the professional users / developers so want to ask you the same question that is my xt907 185.46.1 is rootable, if not than is it possible to downgrade its firmware to 4.1.2 and then root it?

Your help will be appreciated.

From what the specs show on that phone the link I gave you should work with it, though it came out as a prepaid phone in 2014.  With towelroot if it doesn't work it doesn't do any harm.  I would still give that a try to get root.  Though with the release date of the phone being quarter 2 of 2014 it may have the patches to prevent it from being rooted like the 183.46.15.1 for the razr hd. If it doesn't work you might try searching the legacy threads for "new root method found" thread. some have had good luck with it but it also has bricked some phones.  I haven't played with it at all.

I think this is just a spam because to download super-root.apk the server required to complete an offer and with towelroot it say "not currently supported"

Towel Root should work. What is your kernel date? I didn't see it in the screen shot. Edit: try Hydrogen Peroxide...

Our wise admin suggested you try this.  Sounds like there has been some success with the Peroxide exploit.

From the date on your kernel that version has been patched.  The only exploit that has had any success has been perxoide. You may be in a holding pattern until something new comes out.

I am not sure if safe strap would work with that phone.  I would suggest useing google to find out.  I have not messed with it since the old droid x days.
