House of Moto can bring you out of this.
Read all instructions then read them again. When you read through the posts you will see others that have had the problem and fixed it.

What file was you trying to flash. Also House of moto will create a log file read in the instructions how to grab it and cut and paste it to a post here so we can see what is going on.

Basically, you need to figure out what firmware your phone originally was on. You can't keep flashing random stuff and hope it will work.

I did get your PM, but I'd rather answer in a public forum so other people can see the answer.

Ok everything looks like it is good there. First you said you couldn't get rsdlite to find the drive. That would either be usb, moto driver, or cable. Make sure the usb port is a 2.0 not 3.0 and the cable is a motorola cable reload the drivers.
unzip this to a folder on your hard drive. put your phone in fastboot mode and connect the cable. Go to the folder you unziped the snapdragon support file and open a command window. Switch to the windows folder and type fastboot devices and hit enter. This should bring a response back listing your devices serial number under devices. That will tell us if fastboot is working properly as well as the drivers.#12

If it does show your devices serial number type in fastboot getvar all cut and past that to a post here that will tell us what version your phone is running and also give a look for errors.
