Hi, I'm very new to the forum thing, so I hope I'm posting this in the right place. My Razr M XT907 started freaking out one day, all the apps started crashing one by one. So I rebooted it, then it came up to the Red M logo, and just sits there. I've done everything you can imagine to try and get it working. Factory Reset, delete cache and all data etc. I was able to connect to RSD Lite from the AP Fast Boot and install the factory "VZW_XT907_4.4.2-KDA20.62-15.1_1FF.xml" files. The install went fine until it rebooted, then it goes back to the Logo and sits there. I waited until RSD Lite said "Please manually restart you phone" so I restarted it "Volume Down" Hold Power until it goes off. Still nothing, just the Red Logo. If I go back in AP Fastboot, RSD Lite detects it and says the install was a success. Did that twice now. Well it may be installed, but I still can't get past the Red Logo. Does anyone have any other suggestions? This phone was factory setup, no root or unlock or anything. This has been a crazy ordeal. I appreciate any suggestions.
