Lol ill tell you like a I told Matt I won't be sharing it. Most of it has been wrong as a lot has changed. The book I have was a theoretical build. They probably have made 10 new ones since. Its not worth sharing if the guy gets introuble bc I forget to wipe his name once.

Don't expect SD cards in the future. Google states that sd-cards are "techy nonsense left over from the paleolithic era of computing". They did make a valid point on why sd-cards are confusing to the average user: "If you're saving photos, videos or music, where does it go? Is it on your phone? Or on your card? Should there be a setting? Prompt every time? What happens to the experience when you swap out the card? It's just too complicated."

No devices will have sdcards that come with 4.2.1 natively. The amount of code needy to get that to work will be not worth the trouble.

No SD is fine with me on a phone but on a Tablet, its a no go. If a tablet has more then 64GB then I would mind no SD card.

And is 1080p really needed on a phone? All i can think of is bad battery life. I compared the DNA to the GS3 and I noticed a difference but you must be blind to look at it for a difference. From a normal viewing distance on the phone, it was barely noticeable.

Same thing was said about 720p before it became an industry standard, and 1080p will follow the latter. Just a way to bring the consumers in. HTC did it, now everyone holds up a higher standard for new phones hence the 'industry standard'.

So what happens when 16gb isn't enough? Not everyone lives/works in 4g areas. Cloud storage isn't a viable option for everyone. I've had to move stuff to my external SD more than once because the internal was " low on space". I have a 32gb external & it only has 5gb free right now. I guess the next big invention should be a case that acts as an external SD.

Sdcards are old technology that will hinder later innovation. Multi user support would be a terror with an sdcard.

True, but how many people hand off their phones to someone else to use for the day?

So now it's expected to be released in May during Google I/O. Also, it will be featuring Key Lime Pie.

I live in the stix and will not have 4g until most people have 5&6g.

I want removable storage, and 64 internal option

And make one with a 5000 + battery for off network GPS. At -30f even in my snowmobile suit a battery can never be to small.

These phones are used in more places then silicone valley

I have an upgrade coming in may also. I have been doing some research and it really is a tweener month. I obviously want the best phone I can get at the time for VZW. I'm not sure if this has benn mentioned yet but what about the galaxy s4? It is supposed to be released around then. Its rumored to run a beasty 2000mhz stock on a quad core. It'll be that, the note 2, or the DNA for me. I might go with the DNA for the simple fact it will have some development for it then.

Looks like there is going to be a 128gb model of the X Phone with a kevlar, water-resistant coating.
