Here is what my phone says:

 

Device is LOCKED, Status Code: 0

 

Battery OK

 

Connect USB

Data Cable

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Load Kernel (boot) failed

Fastboot Reason: Boot Failure

 

 

I have tried RSD Lite and House of Moto and both fail to work. RSD gives me the "Failed flashing process. "gpt.bin"

Gotta know what version you were on before the failure, what you were doing when the failure happened, and what you attempted to flash.

Phone is completely stock 4.4.2 XT926 (KDA.62-20.15 I'm assuming). The phone just went into AP Fastboot one day for no apparent reason. 

 

I'm assuming that the Boot Loader was corrupt but any attempt to wipe cache via recovery does not help, neither does factory reset.

 

I then used RSD Lite to try flashing the KDA.62-20.15.1 (183.46.15.XT926) but it fails as does House of Moto. Even if the phone was on 182.46.15, RSD Lite should be able to update it to 183.46.15 (I have done this on my other XT926).

 

Will installing and using ADB Fastboot on my PC help?, I found this link:
