The dirty install seems to work fine so far, although it removed the system tweaks I had: pegususq and sio.

I'm getting this same error, not sure what's going on. If I download the .zip from the OP, is that the same as the OTA update? Will that work?

The files are the same as the OP. The OTA is using a dropbox link since it needed a direct link. So to clarify, the OTA update is not fully downloading the file? Or when you load the file you have no location access? Let me know and I'll do my best to fix it

Thanks for confirming the OTA worked I know sometimes dropbox can be funky if there is too much traffic so that may be the reason the OTA stopped. I just wasn't sure if I was reading their problem correctly or not

The OTA worked fine for me too. Dirty flashed over 1.03 and it booted right up - no problems at all so far.

I manually downloaded from link. When it first boots, I get OTA stopped error. I also get location settings error. I can't check the location settings. It's a clean install

I haven't seen this before. I'm uploading a mirror file right now and will post it on here when it is done. When the original file was uploading it did hang for a moment, maybe this made for a bad load. We can try this and if it doesn't work then we will look at other options.

When the phone went through the set up did it allow you to set the location settings?

During phone setup, I wasn't allowed to set the location settings. I just had to go next and finish up

Just English and Espanol. To change language go to settings/language and input and select language.
