Just a quick note to let you guys know that I will be separating Aviator AOKP into a new thread which I'm about to write up. With Aviator CM10.1 on the board, this thread's OP will be too congested so I will separate them all :)

...never was a CMXX.X fan...too many 'broken' things there when I was Droid 'X' person...is it different with the XT912?

or why should I care?

:-)

According to the latest CM10.1 Spyder download page, it's now considered "Stable" :D

Does that mean everything works. Camera, MMS, Bluetooth? Those where the deal breakers for me!

This is a heads up to all you GPS problem people out there. I had similar issues the other night with my GPS Aviator Blur, and then I downloaded the Google Play services update today. I don't know if that was the specific fix, but everything's working fine now

this ques is for my clarity, aviator blur 3.0.3 is the final version, and aokp 1.0.4 is official not a test, and aviator cm10.1 is coming? btw i've noticed on blur 3.0.3 lately, if i have usb preset to mass storage, when i plug my phone (OG razr) to comp. the phone soft boots sometimes, only when mass is preset and not always, by soft boot i mean the bootabimation plays and the phone ends up as if it were reset. it doesn't go back to the safestrap option, i haven't got around to wiping slot and reinstalling, just started doing this, wiping cache and delvik didn't fix. still loving blur, still can't get aokp to work, planning to spend some time looking at it again this week.

Yes, Blur is pretty much complete. AOKP is not official AOKP, but it is buit off dhackers AOKP build. It is stable for daily use, but there are still some things that are not perfect. USB external SD card can be intermittitent, GPS and WiFi can be tricky (there are fixes for this). CM10.1 is coming, but there is not ETA for this yet :p

Hi ZKK,

Thanks for the awesome ROM. I've been running it for almost a week and it's almost flawless! I said almost because I do encounter some hiccups. When I opened camera and tried to take pictures, sometimes the camera froze, and causing reboot. It happened 3 times so far when battery was about 40%. Then, last night I was trying to post a picture off instagram. Upon clicking gallery to share picture, it frozed again and reboot. This time battery was at 84%. Have you ever experienced this by any chance? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I haven't experienced this at all. Have you tired clearing cache's or even reflashing? I know that's time consuming, but if you're still having the issues after deleting the ROM slot and reflashing, then let me know and I'll look into it further :)

This may be a dumb question but I need some guidance. I am replacing my phone with an S4 and I want to put my RAZR MAXX back on Stock as I am giving it to my wife. She won't understand all the fancy bells and whistles of these ROMS so I want to guarantee the phone is as stable as possible. I am thinking it is as simple as deleting ROM Slot 1 and switching back to the Stock slot. Can someone confirm?

Thanks.

That will put it back to stock. It will still be rooted. Is that what you want?
