Glad you're enjoying it! Out of interest what gov and schedulers do you use? I've been looking at adding it into the ROM but I'm unsure of what a good set up is. :)

Lots of developers are using Pegasusq.

Too aggressive. You won't get any lag using hotplug/sio and better battery life than using Pegasusq

I think it was hotplugX that was causing the deep sleep issue. I could be wrong though.

I think you're talking about the Razr M launcher with circle widgets? There is a mod for that which will work on the rom if you want it :)

Updated OP to v1.0.4. Major changed include:
  • Gtalk issue fixed.
  • Beats Audio. (Accessible via settings)
  • No Frills CPU Control. (Accessible via settings) (I haven't overclocked it)
  • Ad removal tweak. (Current as of 01/18/13)
  • Init.d performance/battery tweaks.
Those of you who were on v1.0.3, expect a OTA notification very soon :)

I will also be putting out a systemUI without the baked in toggles soon. This is for the people who would prefer to use an app for the quick toggles in the notification pull down.

I'm planning on keeping the stock alarm clock, it does the job :)

Do I have to do a complete fresh ROM install with the update?

I would always recommend it. Remember "No wipes, No gripes" :P I'm not sure what would happen if you don't do all the wipes. People have been ok with doing a dirty flash, but I have never done it, so it's up to you :)
