WiFi does work in airplane mode if its turned on I use it when I'm overseas but still want wifi. I know in the past airplane mode has been on after installing for some people. That's why I asked

Hey ZK, I have tested the OverClocking modules on Aviator 3.0.1 and I have found that your instructions are spot-on and perfect except for one tiny little detail.

When in SManager under system>ect>modules, you should hit "Boot" as well asyour original "SU" before hitting "Run" instructions. Otherwise, Clock values will reset after a reboot. If you set "Boot" on the file, it will automatically run the modules file at boot and SetCPU profiles; if correctly set up, will take care of the rest.

Good work ZK, love the update, still by far the best ROM on DroidRzr.

How are you using it? While playing a song, access it via settings and manually change the equalizer to extremes (I normally change the higher ones to the top just to test. If you hear the higher frequencies louder then it is working.) Use the presents or manually change them to to your liking

Beats audio does not work for me. When u press on EQ only the audio effects come up. The one list under sounds in settings. Beats audio has no effect.

That is the stock audio effects. If you turn that off and go under settings > beats (under aviator tools heading) then you should be good to go

No, what I mean is only the stock one works. Beats audio has no effect. I even tried to change it to a extreme high picth to a low bass. Something that you would notice to see if it was making any difference.

I don't think beats is working on my end either. I can bring it up under /Settings menu and make adjustments but they don't seem to change the quality/sound of the music playing - using "Google Play Music", and another thing I just noticed is I no longer seem to have the option to access the EQ/Beats directly from Google Play Music either if that means anything???

Well, something weird happened when I flashed the update. It seemed to install correctly, but I dont have any service. No 4G or phone service. Wifi connects. Am going to attempt to re-install rom again from start. I am redownloading the update zip. Maybe got a bad download.
I deleted rom slot 1 and then re-created it, wiped all & then installed zip.

I started on a clean ROM slot in slot 1 and had the same thing happen the first time i installed. I deleted my ROM slot and reinstalled and it worked fine the second time. I don't think it was airplane mode because there is nothing beside the battery icon in the notification bar, no signal bar, no little airplane, nothing, it was just blank. Working perfectly now though, and like most others i love the new boot animation and the new wallpaper. The new wallpaper is going to look awesome with the flying sunset theme.

I would like to try this but in the past it's screwed me up bad (boot looped eternal)... Is there an easy fall-back to original theme method as of yet in case this were to occur in my case again?

If you have a fully working and set up version of the ROM now, make a backup of it using SS. THEN apply themes or whatever else you may want to play with. If something causes a major problem, then you just restore the backup.

ZK, I noticed last night that when plugged in, the lock screen shows "Charging xx%" (where xx is a real number) - which is cool. How hard would it be to show the battery percentage on the lock screen when it's not plugged in? I'm aware that the battery percentage shows in the notifications bar, but that's a smaller font and harder for my old eyes to read.

I've been running the pink floyd theme for awhile now and I have noticed that on reboot the boot animation freezes and hangs. If will take a minute or two and then the boot animation starts again and the phone starts up just fine. I'm not exactly sure what is going on yet, but like I say, if you want a minute or two when the boot animation freezes, it will restart and load fine.

I'm looking into the Beats issues now and will put an update out when it is ready. After that I will look into the Pink Floyd boot animation and hopefully make that run smoother

It's ok, really, And I appreciate your work so take your time with PF, it's no big deal. Just frustrating that others seem to get it to work and it always fails on the last several versions no matter what on my phone has me puzzled.

I actually like the base theme now with Aviator Again, PF is more of a frustration on why it won't seem to work for me. hehe

I found if I flash and go straight to beats it works. But if I mess around with audioeffects (which I removed for the next update) beats will not work. I'm rewriting the music app to go to beats instead of wherever it's going. it will probably mean that you wont be able to update that app though. But I'll keep messing around with it
