So for overclocking there have been a few different modules posted around and I'm just curious which one you used. There is the extra modules pack v0.1.3 in the post by Whirleyes on xda, the ones posted by dtrail later in that thread for kernel 3.0.31 (which I think is not our stock kernel, we are 3.0.8 right?), and there was another set posted

at droidrzr by East2West where he says he recompiled Whirleyes modules for 98.72.16. Also I noticed that you don't seem to include the extra governor modules, any reason for leaving them out or can we flash them ourselves if we'd like to? Thanks!

I have no answer to your question but wanted to add just a bit more context fwiw, I know that when I use the Pacman ROM it shows that 3.0.31 kernel number. Past that I have no clue. Not sure if thats the number for CM10, AOKP, or AOSP....

I am guessing Pacman Rom uses Kexec to install a custom kernel hence the update to 3.0.31, which is the new JB kernel. Most roms based on the OTA or leak just use the stock kernel, which I think is still 3.0.8.

I used the ones from East2West and added credits to him for that. I haven't included the extra modules because when I released the latest update I didn't have the new modules. sio is working from the old modules so I added that one in and set sio and hotplug as default (This is what I think is best for battery). Feel free to try out the other modules from East2West/Whirleyes for .16. They should work ok, but I have read there may be a few that have a bug or two. I will include them on the next update, but since the average user probably doesn't use them I'm not in a rush to do that. :)

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply and the addition of Overclocking!

Yes, I believe dtrail's 3.0.31 are for CM10.1 kexec kernals.

Yes, stock is 3.0.8 and that makes sense regarding kexec. thx

Sorry to keep bothering you with questions but is Script Manager really necessary or could we just make a script and place it in init.d to have it run on boot? I noticed from the other thread that there was an issue with frequencies being reset when the screen is turned off, but I thought that the problem solved with SetCPU. I'll still use SManager to test scripts but once I have a nice one working I think I'd like to put it in init.d and uninstall SManager if possible. Thanks, again.

The init.d script does get placed when you use the utility; however, I found that the frequencies do not hold when you have the screen off. Since it is init.d, it will apply on boot, but when your screen off the frequencies will change. No-frills CPU control will say the frequencies are holding, but in fact this is not the case.

I tried not using SManager, but setCPU would not recognize that the init.d scripts have changed. I think this is because it is reading whatever it was set to before reboot. So when SManager runs, it updates the data in setCPU app.

If you figure out a different way then let me know :)

In my previous experiences anyone seeking the circle widget should probably use one more clock like ZK said. The Razr M launcher is super laggy on almost every rom ive tried it on including stock. It mainly just lags when you hit the home button, but my experiences its slow. There is also a awesome app called ultimate custom clock widget you can find it...

... there, is like a 300 page thread on XDA of all kinds of widgets people have made. And the circle widget has been mimicked a couple times.

No I know I've said this a couple times in this thread but anyone searching for a rum that has the best battery life you have found it here. I have tested out almost every other ROM that is available for this device with the same apps same setup and nothing compares to this ROM. I could only get 24 hours tops out of stock. I pull 30 plus hrs every time off aviator.

Ps love the new boot logo

What would be the best way to get Dolphin and Flash Player working on this rom?

Well, something weird happened when I flashed the update. It seemed to install correctly, but I dont have any service. No 4G or phone service. Wifi connects. Am going to attempt to re-install rom again from start. I am redownloading the update zip. Maybe got a bad download.
I deleted rom slot 1 and then re-created it, wiped all & then installed zip.

Plane mode?

No because if it was in airplane mode wifi would not work.

WiFi does work in airplane mode if its turned on :) I use it when I'm overseas but still want wifi. I know in the past airplane mode has been on after installing for some people. That's why I asked :)
