As a former pilot, I am really liking this. So now how do I get all the nice circles, etc.?
Two ways. The easiest is to get "one more clock widget." Or you can get the Razr M launcher which will have them:
On a side note, which aircraft did you fly?

Novice puddle jumper. Single engine stuff. Cessna 172/150, Gruman Tiger, Piper Warrior, Piper Cherokee. I do not recall if there were any others. Been a few years (but I won't say how many!). It was just for fun. I never finished my instrument rating, but I wish that I had.
Nice! I was a flight instructor in various countries and have recently made a jump to the regional airlines. I love flying. Nothing like it! It's not work for me

Just flashed 3.0.1, and no real issues to speak of, particularly on the signatures front; everything seems to be ok with the apps in /system/app when it comes to updating the Google apps.
However, I am curious if you know why No-Frills CPU Control is reporting a current Max. clock freq. of 600 MHz, and a requested Max. clock freq. of 1.2 GHz. I've done no customization of the CPU settings other than enabling CPU Sleeper. Is this normal? I haven't looked at the init.d scripts to see what you might be setting the default to be. I noticed it because my phone seemed a little sluggish, and I've cleared Cache and Dalvik to no avail.
Other than that, thanks for rocking it out as usual. Love the new boot animation and background screen. It's a really polished effort, and it shows.

I haven't had that happen, and the scripts say min 300, max 1200. The frequencies shouldn't change either due to no cpu_control.ko module on this build. So your issue is surprising. Is the phone entering deep sleep? (download cpuspy to check)

ZKK007, appears to be a false alarm, as now the phone reports the current Max as 1.2 GHz, and yes, the phone is entering Deep Sleep as reported by CPU Spy. Evidently, the current values can change over time, which is kind of confusing (not your fault, I know). Not sure if the kernel supports it or not, but it would be nice if it reported configured min, max, and current values, which would have been more helpful in diagnosing the issue. I went to grab screen shots of both CPU Spy and No-Frills, but by the time I pulled No-Frills back up, it was showing 1.2 GHz like I expected, so no screen shot for it, unfortunately.

All options are working (quicksetting toggles, battery icon, calender, and overclocking).
FOR OVERCLOCKING:
There are instructions listed in the utility (you will see it about three times so you can't miss it )
Currently you will NEED SManager (free) and setCPU (PAID)
Then follow the instructions and you will be good to go!

Good job ZK you really are killing it. I believe you are the first on the .16 OTA to have an easy-to-use Utility for OverClocking. Good work, will begin testing as soon as I can.

I think that was part of the moto launcher. If this rom doesn't include the moto launcher you would need to pull the launcher from your old stock rom and put it in /system/ (and set permissions) on your new rom to use it.How do I get the contacts widget back (the pull down one that has four across initially)?

And texting too! Sorry everyone, this is my first flashed rom and I need to learn how to restore selective items that I previously used in stock.
The text app should be in the app draw. Once you see it, press and hold and drag to wherever you want it on your dock.

I'm not sure I know what you are talking about. The widgets are accessible in the app draw then tap "Widgets" tab. Look in there for it. Hopefully that's what you are after.

So for overclocking there have been a few different modules posted around and I'm just curious which one you used. There is the extra modules pack v0.1.3 in the post by Whirleyes on xda, the ones posted by dtrail later in that thread for kernel 3.0.31 (which I think is not our stock kernel, we are 3.0.8 right?), and there was another set posted at droidrzr by East2West where he says he recompiled Whirleyes modules for 98.72.16. Also I noticed that you don't seem to include the extra governor modules, any reason for leaving them out or can we flash them ourselves if we'd like to? Thanks!
