After updating to latest "test" build 3.0.1 - Talk is force closing. Any suggestions?

Actually, I think I found the problem. I had it in system/app and data/app

v3.0.1 is finally released! Setup bugs are gone!

Fixed Signature issues some users were reporting.
Fixed setup issues.
New boot animation.
New wallpaper.
Added SuperSU and associated binaries.
Moved some apps from /system to /data - reorganizing.

Appears not wise to dirty flash this one. Enternal lock up aprox 2 minutes after boot up during launcher screens loading.

Yeah, I could've told you that (always dirty flash at own risk!) Since I changed SU I bet it wrecked havoc!

BEST to just do clean wipe? Love the rom..First one i tried once i updated to .16 kernal

So with this update I can not remove your drop down toggles until your utility is working with 3.0.1. Right? I like the simple battery text with % and I removed your toggles and replaced with my own. I like to be able to customize my toggles. I also am using the circle widget & launcher from razr M, I have apex launcher disabled. I included a couple of pics. This is still by far the best rom.

So the new boot animation has no sound? Darn I like sound with the boot animation. Can not wait to see the new one though. (but I like sound...LOL)

Yeah, I need to update the utility. It shouldn't take me long, just got to find the time

I will make a sound for the boot animation eventually too

I appreciate the challenge; however, you can easily get one more clock widget which has those circles and it runs on apex

it has a widget that looks like it. This is actually the razr M launcher for 4.1.2.

Is anyone running any cool/unique launchers?

I've been using Action Launcher Pro for the past few weeks. I'm particularly fond of the sliding quick drawer for 'all app' access.

For those of you wanting to overclock, it looks like the modules have been recompiled by dtrial and should be good to go. I'll be looking to add the base modules in the next update, but those of you who want it now can get it at whirleyes thread over on xda

PS: A full wipe was definelty the way to go to 3.0.1 = no other way. I'm back up and running thanks to TB with all my apps!

I am about to flash the rom. This will be my first ever flash since rooting and needless to say I am just a bit nervous. Couple of Q's. After the flash finishes, I assume that TiBa will be able to restore all of my apps and data? My other question, and sorry if it is very basic, is where or when do I install the wallpaper jpg file?

The wallpaper should automatically install. The link is there just in case you need it.

You will be able to restore your apps with tibu but it is generally not recommended to restore data.

I restored mine with data with out problems. I used to have an issue with apex. It would cause it to crash and I'd have to reflash but apex fixed that a long time ago.

Last Q,
My device was a replacement from VZW after I returned my original phone due to a defective proximity sensor. Now this phone is acting up the same way. Will flashing this rom remove that problem or is it more of a hardware issue? If h/w, do you think that VZW will replace it again, given that the counter will not be
0/0? Sorry if I am a little off the subject here.
