Hi all I just flashed Aviator. Everything running smooth with one hiccup, I cannot get YouTube to sign in. I have read and read trying to find a fix with no luck. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.

Ok, so went to do the update to 3.00. Wiped everything did what i was meant to do. Was coming from the OTA update .16. Even thou i did you have the utility so I could run 2.01. Had the phone on airplane mode because I can't a signal in my office. Everything seemed to go fine. Loaded up, no setup screen. Did a reboot then I get this message "Security test failure" "Validation of cryptograhic module failed. Please restart." So I redid the entire process, still got the message. Even did a factory reset. Switched over to the stock ROM still getting the same message. Please help.

So i was able to re install Aviator 2.01 so far no problems, but when i switch to stock rom I get the same message as above. Any help is appreciated.

If 2.0.1 worked then you are still on the .8 Christmas leak. Have you been using the ROM utility converter? You may have taken the OTA .16 update then changed to .8 to get the ROM to work. If this is the case, you need to change your phone back to .16 for the stock slot to work. Hope that makes sense

I will be looking into this and the talk issue when I get home. I think it is a simple signature fix

Thank you. It's not a deal breaker, still love the ROM. I tried older versions of YouTube with no luck. Thank you for the quick response.

Youtube and Gtalk fix is in the OP under installation:

YOUTUBE AND G TALK FIX:

• Remove current apps via Settings>Manage Apps>Uninstall.
• Reboot into SafeStrap
• Wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache
• Reboot.
• Install the apk in the download zip.
• Open apps and enjoy!
• Download (Unzip to get 2 apks.)

I cant speak about Gtalk but the YouTube fix worked like a charm. Thank you very much. Everyhing thus far is running smooth. Aviator has me flying high. Thanks again.

, I use stock Browser (not Chrome) and it don't sync my bookmarks (there is no option "sync browser" in account settings), but in Data/app I have "ChromeBookmarksSyncAdapter.apk". How to fix it?

I have uploaded an updated 3.0.0 with the Youtube/GTalk fix and Beats issue fix (now accessible under settings). If you are installing this for the first time, PLEASE READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. They will talk you through the set up process since it is a little different.

As stated earlier I will be away until the 26th March. Once I get back to dev-ing I will be trying to fix the buggy set-up and maybe even be able to install overclocking modules.

Does anyone Know what to do on the updated Aviator 3.0.0 to get Beats to work correctly? Should I remove the stock Audio Effects.apk from the system or just go into settings>sound>audio effects and simply "turn it off"? or just leave it on and alone?

Did you do all the required reboots as mentioned in the instructions? If so, try reflashing. The only apks that were changed were YouTube, gtalk, and settings so play store shouldn't be affected
