I have updated the Aviator Utility to be used on 3.0.0 "F111 Edition"
Change log:
Updated for 3.0.0 ROM.
Removed Overclocking scripts. Hopefully we will be able to overclock in the future.
Added Calendar stock/inverted options.
Enjoy!
Excellent work and many thanks for the prompt updates to the new JB kernel with 3.0.0 release. I can proudly say that this once again has become my daily driver!

Are we seeing insane battery life again as we did with 2.0 and before? I just took the OTA last night and have been plugged in most of the day. I don't know what the battery life is on the OTA but heard it was pretty bad. Plus I am anxious to get back to custom ROMs.
Battery life it great as always!
This may give you a better idea: OG Razr with 21hrs 39min since charge, about 40min of screen time, 30min on the phone, and 66% battery remaining. Bluetooth and wifi have been on all the time and I haven't used any smart action.

I'm on the .16 kernel and version 3.0.0, and the OTA updater is notifying me to update to 2.0.1 . Install went exactly as described in the OP. Thanks!
Yes, I haven't pushed the OTA yet as this is a different kernel and I wanted to give people a bit of time to catch up and update to .16. This weekend I will push it out, until then just ignore the notification

i updated from 2.0.1 to 3.0.0 but when ever i restart it says cyrptogenic test failure and doesnt let me do anything...ps how do i check if i am on the .8 or .16 version
It sounds like you might be on the Christmas leak (.8) still. Go to System Settings>about phone and look at system version. It will have either 98.72.8 (Christmas leak) or 98.72.16 (Official OTA JB). Only use Aviator 3.0.0 if you are on the .16. It will not work on .8.
If you want to upgrade to .16, use Matt's 1.90 utility

I am also having Beats issues again FYI.
FYI, I did a full fresh clean install of JB over ICS with full wipes including Internal Storage.
Still love Aviator!

I'm aware that talk says its FCing but I can still go into the app. I'm still looking into that
With beats, I found it worked on the speaker, but when I used headphones, settings would FC. BUT, I could go into play music's equalizer settings, which is beats, and it workes just fine.
So there are still small funky issues that I'm working on. I'm very busy this week so I won't be able to get any development done until next week.

Great rom, have one problem (bug ) to report. When you goto setting beat audio it closes the settings page. I included screenshots to show what I am talking about.

No problem
You should still be able to use Beats by going to the music app>settings>equalizer. That will bring up beats and it should work ok

I have to apologies guys. I just went through my settings app and I forgot to put in the language that refers to the Beats application when you click on it. Simple mistake!
It's fixed and will be working on the next update.
But like I said, if you go to your music apps equalizer, it will open Beats

Question. Didn't look at the release notes, updated from 2.0.1 to 3.0.0, and I am still on the Xmas leak. Can I just reflash the 2.0.1 build and all will be dandy, or will I have to re-install from scratch? Also, If I booted into stock jb, and did the OTA to the official JB, would that take out my safestrap/brick my phone, or would all be dandy? Thanks.
Should've read the change log on the OTA app
Yes, reflash 2.0.1 or the test build on post 717. Those are .8 builds.
You can update to .16 using Matt's 1.90 utility. I don't have a link handy since I'm on my phone, but look under XT912 development threads (I think)

So ... flashed the .8 kernel and did clean install of 2.0.1 ... set-up ran flawless and I'm going to stick with the .8 kernel stuff for the time being.

I've dabbled around with some of the .16 ROMs here and there, including 3.0.0, but seems set-up process (at least for me) doesn't run smoothly as it did up to the .8 kernel. With 3.0.0, trying twice, setup bypassed altogether then in settings > privacy the option to pick "Backup account" is grayed out. And on other .16 ROMs I've tried the Google acct restore (final step of Setup) generally has been incomplete, even when it appears to have done its job.

Yes, the setup is buggy, but the installation instructions should mention that you need to reboot a few times to get everything running like normal. Once you get past those set up issues, its Aviator like normal! (Minus the few issues that have already been mentioned )
