Does the screen turn on? There is a tweak in there which speeds up the ringtone for phone calls. I guess the phone is lagging behind I can remove the tweak in the next update

The screen takes a few seconds to turn on. So the phone will start to ring, and then about 3-4 rings in, the unlock screen will turn on. Thanks for your response! Keep up the amazing work

I would like to ask everyone - my email notification light doesn't work unless I use light flow and when light flow is turned on which then also turns on text messages - the notification light doesn't turn off after I access the text or email. What am I doing wrong?

Can I flash a different version of the gapps in this rom?

 

There is a package at XDA that I really want in my ROM. It is called the Midnight Gapps project and they are great looking.

Maybe they are something worth looking into, I didn't check into the developer's rules on sharing.

This app has the gapps built in so there is no need to flash the gapps file. I don't see a problem with flashing the gapps as long as the files are flashed into the same location. You could always make a back up and try it.

I will look into it, but the only downside to using modified gapps is the fact that you can't update them, or if you do update them, you will lose the theming.

So how did you get on? There is definitely a lot of work within that package!

I have had this issue no a number of different ROMs.  When listening to any audio, sometimes it just drops out.  I notice this most on the Youtube app.  This same issue was happening to me on the latest CM, which is why I gave Aviator a try.  Anyone else have this issue or know of what might be causing these occasional audio drops?

 

Additionally, am I able to get rid of the semi-transparant notification bar?  I like how it looks half of the time but when opening apps like your browser, it just doesn't look good and is kinda distracting.

remount failed: Operation not permitted

failed to copy '...' : Read-only file system

etc.

Unable to chmod .... : Read-only file system

etc.

 

any idea on what to do to correct?

I've seen this before. Check drivers are installed and USB debugging is selected. I think that will fix it. Let me know if it doesn't

Oohhh, I forgot I renamed all of the init.d tweaks so that might be the issue! I'll fix it tomorrow, unless you can go into the working files, over clock, and find the speed you want. Then rename the file to 16Modules and save.

Wasn't the drivers. Had to redo the phone with Matt's utility today so connecting OK

Somehow last night the SS partitions got corrupted (data not mountable. Unable to switch to Safe-side either.)

Just changed to SS 2.63 before flashing 3.0.8. Now I'm paranoid. . .

3. Place the logo.bin in the correct folder replacing the one that is there.

(Windows Users place in Main folder with the LOGO FLASH.bat, Mac or Linux Users place the logo.bin in the folder called " files")

4. Windows - Run LOGO FLASHER.bat

Linux- Run LOGO FLASHER.sh

6. Follow the prompts and enjoy!
