Hello,

 

I am a newby when it comes to working with the Android system.  Recently, my maxx HD was doing standard updates from the Play STore and it started rebooting and now it is stuck.  Motorola and Verizon were no help, both just wanted me to buy a new phone.  Can anyone give me a stp by step guide to "unbrick" my phone.  My PC is running WIndows 8 if you need that info.
