If you have not manually edited your computer system PATH then you need not worry about it pointing to the wrong fastboot

Any update on this?
I have the same situation, tried flashify fastboot almost everything. xt907 updated to 4.4.2 rooted and BL unlocked but I cant flash recovery. I have used many fastboot's even mfastboot v2 all in their own repective folder. currently DL'ing the most uptodate SDK to try and solve this. No point in having an unlocked bootloader if I cant flash a new rom through recovery haha. when I let flashify load the recovery it says it works fine, but when I hold IO Vol+ ans Vol- then choose recovery it stays at the inlocked bootloader warning for about 2 min then resets to unlocked BL screen then powers on like normal.

what recovery are you trying to flash?
Here is a link for TWRP from dhacker29.
Use the download now option so it doesn't use the download manager.

Well I was trying to flash any that would technically work with xt907 KK I even tried an older version of the one you posted and now with fastboot from 01/07/2015 it finally flashed and now It is working. I spent all last night browsing forums and nothing worked untill now I tried every version of cwm i could and none would flash but now I am good to go.
Thank you so much. The main problem I was having other than the flash not taking was that there are so many dead links out there.
Thanks again.
