Gonna be dumb and flash it to CDMA Razr, I'll let you know how it goes haha
It shouldn't work on a CDMA. It will flash the boot.img and I guess it will fail to boot. I believe GSM and CDMA use diferent keys to sign the partitions.
So, please people don't try that, unless you are as experiences as Matt!

Why the camera display so dimmer than before. and my phone always hung+freeze after using yhis ICS
It's is (should be) the very same "stock ICS" as leaked by Motorola, I haven't modded it. The only modification made is root (su/Superuser) & busybox installed.
Unfortunately it's buggy, sometimes laggy, a lot of freeze, soft-reboots and such. It's not intended to be a daily rom .
Now you can use that to flash it easily (more easy than fastboot + applying two full OTAs)

To begin, thanks a lot for this zip, it's way faster than through all OTAs!
I noticed that the rotation of the screen doesn't work. I went into the display settings and "auto rotate" is ticked.
Has anyone experienced this?
Thanks for your feedback!
