I have reflashed it using rsd but no effect ... checked it on safe mod again no benefit
It just keeps freezing and then rebooting ... please help is it a software failt or hardware fault??

Did you completely wipe internal and external storage(s) prior to flashing?..... Also.... You may want to try flashing with the House of Moto instead of RSDlite.... Sometimes it works better for people

yes i have wiped several times .... 
and a link for that house moto.. software would be appreciated ....

Well right now my phone is bricked and giving battery low in Ap fastboot mod ...  

i know how to unbrick it ... thats what iam doing right now .... 
now in that thread i wanna know that how to run that Houseofmoto.jar ... ?

Ok.... Yes, java is what you need.... Low battery in fastboot will not allow flashing unless you get it charged or have a factory adapter (or cable)...... Unlocking the BL on the 912 is not possible

and i charged my xt912 by connecting charger pins + and - of battery terminal .... and flashed 9.8 firmware with webtop of 6.16 firmware ... now will check if it doesnt works then i will flash with house of moto

and some mechanics/software Engineers also said to me that I should change battery .... can battery cause a phone to hang & then reboot .... ?????

Low battery will cause an improper or incomplete flash of the firmware which will cause what you were talking about or right out brick the phone depending where it was in the process of the flash. If HOM doesn't flash it after the battery is charged then I would start looking at a hardware problem.

Iam talking that some soft engs.... said that rebooting is caused by battery ..... iam confused about this .... 
i can unbrick my phone i know about that all

And i tried to downgrade using moto house .... the some of flash files didnt flashed gave error preflash erro something like that but system and preflash.img were flashed succesfully and battery charging logo while phone turned off was changed 
though mobile wasnt turning on !!
now trying some diff methods ...

HEy all new thing..
I tried to downgrade using house of moto....
from 9.8ver firmware to 6.16 ver firmware 
although it didnt flash 
files like:- (Gave error Info preflash failure of something like that)

Ebr not found
Mbr not found

cdt.bin error Info preflash failure

devtree.bin error Info preflash failure (then flashed devtree of ver 9.8ver

boot.img error Info preflash failure ( then flashed boot.img of  ver9.8

recovery.img error Info preflash failure

After the flash completed through house of moto

the android logo came up loading something as it does always after a flash and my boot logo has also changed to dual core tech..
but the mobile doesnt boot to OS .... just blank screen 
"and it can also charge while its turned off ( with a changed charging logo of firmware version of 6.16)

Easy talk : that i think there might be a chance of downgrading Droid razr xt912 cdma ... As, I have came this far ...

I have told you, you CANNOT downgrade the 912 .... Also, if you just start flashing "random" firmwares you can and will permanently destroy your device period....
