My Droid razr M (jb) was unlocked boot loaded, flash TWRP but when can't up cook rom with reason can't executing update binary. I was try with cm and miui rom

Are you sure you were on 4.2? Post a pic of your "about phone" screen.

There was no official 4.2.2 for the M. Were you on a custom ROM? I need your firmware version, not your Android version.

Okay, I would say it's a boot loader problem. CM10 and MIUI were designed for the older boot loader. You need to find a newer ROM that's designed for the new boot loader or downgrade to the older version to flash the older ROMs.
