Question i updated to 5.1 and now i am stuck on Google with lock any help can get to AP Fastboot but can not load factory image.

How was you trying to flash the image?
If you were using the stock flashall.bat look at this: http://phandroid.com...stem-img-error/

Or even better and a bit easier grab the House of Nexus created by our illustrious Samuri and use that to install the OS (but be sure to read, read and read again all the instructions in the first post).
