My opinion but I would think this thread should be locked or possibly the OP edited.  Yes the peroxide root method has worked for some users to regain root on 182/183.46.15, but the subject of this thread is misleading and that isn't the method being discussed.  Once you get to this point in the OP:

My XT926m had an unlocked bootloader

the rest of it is moot.  If you've got an unlocked bootloader, install a recovery of choice and do your root that way.  If you are on 182/183.46.10 and not yet bootloader unlocked then use towel root and motopocalypse.  If you are on something earlier than 182/183.46.10 and not yet bootloader unlocked then upgrade to 182/183.46.10 and use towel root and motopocalypse.  If you are on 182/183.46.15 and don't have an unlocked bootloader then you can try the peroxide method to hopefully gain root.  To date there is no way I've seen to unlock the bootloader once on 182/183.46.15 and there isn't expected to be one.  Would be nice, but so would a million dollars stacked on my desk.  I think I'm more likely to see the million first.

The directions in the OP are risky at best and the replies following it quickly advised don't do it.  I'm in agreement with those replies and think this thread should be somehow flagged as dangerous.

I was on 183.46.15 and gained root by using kingroot apk and then used superSume to uninstall king user and install superSu

It says right in the instructions, on the line above the commands, "without the asterisks". Asterisk means *.

What batch file are you refering to? What Gunner shows is three seperate command lines entered from the computer with the phone hooked up via usb and in fastboot mode.

You run the commands from a command window in the same folder as your fastboot files with your phone in fastboot mode and attached to the computer via usb factory cable. See this thread:

Since you're on the latest version, build 15, you are not able to unlock.  Therefore custom recovery is not an option, either, I'm afraid.

You can try hydrogen peroxide or kingo to root.  Kingo temp roots that has to be done on each boot I believe - at least that is what I have read.  Hydrogen Peroxide has bricked some and rooted others it is kind of a roll of the dice. I haven't heard if exposed framework has problems with either of those methods.  I would suggest you read the Exposed framework thread on XDA carefully to see if anyone has problems.
