hello my phone is stuck on the second red circle how can I get my os back I tried to factory reset it and still stuck

You'll have to flash the factory firmware

You've got some reading ahead of you, but we've got everything you need to flash that phone to stock. Then you should be up and running unless you have a hardware failure.
