I have a droid razr . was running cyanogenmod and was going to try out pac droid. This bricked my phone and I went to put stock rom back on device. I have everything I need to do so but when I plug my phone into my computer and go into recovery the phone shuts off and I can get it to turn back on Just flashes and shuts back off. Every now and again I can get it to go back to recovery and when I try to go down to select flashboot it shuts back off. I have tried to leave it on charge thinking maybe the battery might be dead this however has not worked. Any ideas or do I have a paper weight?

Sounds like you need a team black hat cable or charger adapter... will allow you to flash with dead battery.
