Um..wow, thanks but a link would have been a little more sufficient.

ROM thread not governor thread (not trying to be mean)

Or I could just leave it how I have it because you don't have to click "show". But thanks for the suggestion. (Sarcasm)

Is anyone having issues getting usb mass storage to work? I cannot get the computer to recognize the phone. I checked disk management, not there. I checked device mananger, and unistalled the drivers. I also reinstalled all the drivers. Then when I plug the phone up, it starts to "install the drivers," then says the device is not plugged up and quits. I'm on rls6.

Nope not having any issues with Mass Storage....is USB debugging enabled? Do you have other drivers that may conflict like from another phone or some have had issue with BlueStacks if you have that installed. Are you using a Moto cable or some cheap junk? (it does make a difference)

Just some ideas.

I'm not sure if this was addressed but when I tried changing the animation from 1x to 0 my screen freaked out on me and every time I did anything the screen would flash rgb colors. It's fine as long as you leave it as 1x lol

Boot into Safestrap, go to Advance and you will find fix permissions.

I'm sorry, and this is probably a very stupid question. But how do you get to the task manager? Also what is different about the hacked tethering ( I've never used it before ) ?

Nope, turned off USB debugging. There are no other phone drivers installed, BlueStacks has never been installed. Yes, I'm using a moto cable. I have no idea whats going on. I may just reflash later and see if that helps.

I assume you mean the phone....long press the Home button. Should bring up the apps you had/have open. And there are 3rd party Task Manager apps.
Not sure what you mean about the difference regarding hacked tethering. The sqlite "hack", sets the entitlement field to allow you to tether. I believe they all work in a similar fashion.

Many of the devs already set the entitlement field if that is what you mean, so yes, its included in many of the roms

I uninstalled and reinstalled maps works fine for me.

well i get the incompatible message even after a reboot. On maps and play.

Edit* Same thing on Google calendar on the cyclone rom. Sorry my mistake I am getting the package not signed correctly with both maps and play audio. Would like to get these updated but not a ROM breaker for me...

The battery life did get worst in this update... the previous version lasted a lot longer is there a way we can flash the battery tweaks from the older version in this rom?

I usually have it turned on as well, I worked around it by booting into my stock rom and then doing what I need and booting back into this rom. Kinda irritating though. Would like to know why its not working. I know its rom based now though.

I had this happen the first time i flashed this ROM. Since then I have figured the issue out. I may be stating the obvious, but with me, the mass storage doesn't show up until you unplug USB. Then it is all there. Now I expect that with JW. My only problem with this rom is that the weather still doesn't update.
