Used the service jars for the 1% n had lots of system stops n force closes lol. Used root explorer to swap them out. So no luck for me lol
Did you adjust the permissions on it and then reboot?

I just tried this with no issues. My process was to rename the old file to add .old to the file name. Then copied the new zip file to the folder and left the permissions the same as it was when it downloaded. Then a reboot and all is good. So far no problems with any FCs.

I paired RLS4 with the bluetooth in my car yesterday. It was interesting to see that the display on the car said "Samsung Galaxy S3 Paired".

Thats Funny, I went into Play last night and now Google believes I have a Droid Razr Maxx AND a Samsung SIII. Hysterical.

I know of at least one other person in Jellywiz having exactly the same problem. It works great for me. I d/l'ed directly to phone, renamed the original to services.jar.old, pasted in the new services.jar, changed its permissions to match the other files so rw-r-r, rebooted and 1% battery working.
Only thing I can think of is the file is corrupt or something.

Try a fresh d/l. All I did was to copy the new file in using Root Browser (gives you the option to keep both by automatically renaming the new file as "copy"), delete the old file & remove the "copy" from the new file name & fix permissions to rw-r-r. Then reboot.Used the service jars for the 1% n had lots of system stops n force closes lol. Used root explorer to swap them out. So no luck for me lol

That's funny. I Chrome does that too when opening tabs on the desktop from the phone.

Quick question for those who know. If the ROM Toolbox has the governor set at one and No-Frills CPU has it set to another, which one is actually taking control? Do both need to be set to the same or will one always over ride the other?
Sometimes no frills will show what you last set it to with it. Since you have to hit apply for your setting to change in no frills sometimes it doesn't show the right one in the dropdown. But look at the left side under governor and it will tell you what the current one is.
