Sorry if I missed a reply or answer to this already, but should I flash the SVoice and Ac!d zips in SS or extract them in the OS and install the packages?

Just flash them both in recovery after you install the rom!

I'm loving this ROM. Reminds me a little of MIUI on my Droid X. Only thing I could say to make it even better is 1% battery.

I got tired of the ICS/JB ROMs that look exactly the same.

I'll be getting around to it sooner than later lolz :)

what's the matter? Forget to look at the forum first and didn't realize there isn't nearly the selection that this phone has?

I swear they animated a rolling piece of tumbleweed for that forum... but this is the only real ROM i used from my OG Razr. Gonna miss it.

No rush, I'm really liking this as is. Its a beautiful change from the Blur junk and it runs so smooth.

I'm going to ask again, did anyone notice the nfcUI.apk? Rootuser, did you put that in? Am I incorrect in assuming this would have a connection with near field communication? Maybe user interface.

Probably, but you still need a phone with an NFC chip

I hate to open a can, but i've read mixed reports, some say the razr has no nfc chip and others claim that according to disasembly reports that there is a nfc chip just not activated

I haven't seen any proof that it does. And that would have been a huge advertising point.

Whether its there or not is purely academic at this point because there's no way to enable it. It would take something at kernel level or a custom kernel, both of which are out of the question because the boot loader is locked. Unless moto decides to turn it on in future updates we have no need of it that apk.

I wasn't trying to say it works, I just wondered why it would be in there. I see two possibilities, 1. It comes stock on android jelly bean and moto never got around to taking it out. 2. It could be a clue that they are working on activating the nfc chip assuming there is one. probably option 1 if I had to guess.

This ROM is amazing! I have a few questions tho.

Will this work for my GSM Razr??
How can i reformat my main rom to overwrite him with this one?

I don't know the answer to the first question, but the answer to the second is "Don't do it".
Until (if ever) we get the bootloader unlocked, you'll always want to have the stock ROM on your phone. That way if something goes wrong you have a much better chance of recovery.
