I was downloading this and making room for it on safestrape.I meant to erase ss307 file and erased 311 apk instead.Idiot I know.what do I do? Its still says 311 when I boot and also the phone is working fine

ugh, i can't, for the life of me, get this thing to properly boot.

just goes straight to black screen.

I got it to boot I'm on 311

3.11 installed over 2.5 might be my issue, i can still boot into stock rom, need to verify all my other settings.

to early in the morning/late in the evening for me to care though on a sunday.

Did you completely delete the slot, recreate and then follow the op instructions for flashing the ROM? This is what I have to do or I get the black screen as well.

I installed RLS5 into a clean new slot, and I too had a couple of random boots shortly after install. Maybe 3 or so, but since than it has thus far been stable.

Weather widget will not update, anyone else experienced this? Looked over thread for a fix, did I miss something. All else running just great!

Edit: It is not the ROM. It started functioning without a reboot or any other action, must have been a problem at weather site.

Working fine for me. I assume you set it for updates in the apps settings??

Anyone having issues with Google Maps? It wasn't installed when I first installed the new version of the rom and it will not allow me to install it via the Play Store. I've also tried downloading the apk file and installing it that way and that's a no go as well.

Pretty sure it was installed for me...but a few of the Google Apps wont update properly. I deleted Maps and Search and reinstalled from Play store, all is good.

But the thing is that its not currently installed so I have no way of uninstalling it. And when I go to install it from the apk or play store it won't install

Also dirty flashed on top of rls4 without problem so far. When I flashed rls4, I did all the steps in op to update from rls3. That might have helped.

Heres an interesting one...ES File Manager reports the System as 850MB and Root Explorer see it as 575MB

Is there any way to assign my favorite app to one of the lockscreen sliders, or just the camera app I like to the camera slot in the lockscreen?
