So theoretically this is the update to RLS7 thats been on my phone for only a few days?
Seems mixed bag of problems installing so I may be holding off till more people are comfortable.
So far so good with what I had so looking forward to seeing the improvements -

I believe you are thinking of my Wizzed Bean RLS7 rom. That is a completely different rom than this one, Jellywiz Build 4 which is built off the JB leak kernel.

Alright everyone take a deep breath and sit back for a minute...
Now , I have updated the OP with New installation instructions and F.A.Q. Please READ through them.
Anybody who has not gotten RLS4 to boot, i believe that you need to be on safestrap 3.11

Follow these instructions and let me know if it works for you!

1. Download NEWEST Rom version
2. Reboot into Safestrap 3.11 only

3. Delete your current rom slot

4. Remake a new rom slot

3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset twice
4. Wipe cache
5. Wipe dalvik cache
5. Wipe System
6. Install Rom
7. Wipe Cache and dalvik again

8. Reboot (First Boot may take up to 10 mins)
9. Let Phone sit for 5 minutes
10. Reboot again

11. Do a permissions fix

12. Reboot
11. Enjoy and thank a dev!

Well after removing Backup assistant plus and the other thing from my verizon services, I once again started receiving the texts right after 6PM last night. I called verizon and told them I was getting these strange texts (Didn't tell them I was on a custom rom) and they said they could not find anything on my account that would cause it so I thought I would give it until this morning when I got woke up at 3AM from one of those texts. I have flashed back to my previous rom I was running for now but wish there was a fix to these stupid VZWNMN:1 messeges.

You need to disable Backup assistant! Reread the F.A.Q. please!

I suppose that is why I have not had any issue whatsoever with these builds, I am indeed running SS 3.11.

Anyway, great job RU94! Looking forward to 5!

confirmed! failed on SS3.07, installed SS3.11, followed new OP instructions, done! Thanks for the support! Looking forward to the updated jellylove.

i would try to go to ss3.11 to rule that out first

That was it. Upgraded to ss3.11 & it booted fine. I have had a reboot when making a call & it seems like the weather/clock widget can't update but everything else seems fine so far. Thanks for the advice.

FYI, The no boot issue happened to me as well and I was already running SS 3.11. When I pretty much did what the new OP states, it booted right up. So this may not entirely be a SS issue.
Loving the rom so far. Very smooth and fast and bad a$$ as usual. Once (if) the AOKP and CNA versions for the JB leak come out and they are integrated back in like on the ICS version of this rom, (Wizzbean) and we get all our customizations baked back in...... It will be insane! Thank you so much for your hard work!

As again, I have reread the FAQ and have disabled backup assistant along with giving verizon a call about the texts. They still continue to come in. I am not trying to be rude but I went by the advise that you had given out in the first place.

I was just on the phone and surfed the web, is it just cause 4g or the ROM and Dont need 4g?

Get call master pro. It works to block them & you can turn the notification off as well.

It's the 4g. The LTE radio is separate from the CDMA radio that handles 3g/voice, so while you're on 4g you can surf & talk simultaneously.
