My Notification bar disappears as well. No need to data wipe. Just do something that triggers a notification and it will pop back in. Plugging usb cable works. Text Message notification, email, etc.

Yeah I know that usually works but this time nothing was working so i was force to data wipe

Check your message limit setting under settings

Yea I set that to 1,000 every time I flash a ROM or do stock and have never had it until JB which is really weird. If I send more than 10 texts in 5 mins, it shows up.

First off, great job on this rom! If this were a lady.... and i were single....well ya know. Second, with all that said, there is just one thing that is a deal breaker for me personally and that is webtop. I use it daily and can't function without it (thanks moto for messing with my life forever). Anyone been sucessful at getting webtop to work on this rom? So far the only JB rom I've gotten Webtop to work correctly was Stock.

Pretty slick rom. Just one question. Where do I find the audio for opening, closing folders, editing the desktop, etc. That annoys me to no end. I know the folder is open, I dust opened it!

Hi Guys... i am loving this ROM so far, fast and zippy!!!
I do have a couple of issues which i would like to discuss

1. Verizon backup assistant, etc doesn't work
2. The notification toggles are not very accurate... especially the wifi and the brightness
3. The phone shuts off completely on its own. I tried reinstalling to a bigger (3 GB) but hasnt resolved the issue

Also is there a way to get the og ringtones/sounds back on this? I hate samsung sounds

So this is a VERY minor annoyance, on a fantastic ROM. I have a couple of "folders" on my screen with commonly used apps in them. It annoys the crap out of me that when I open the folder, and launch an app, the folder stays open. Is there a setting somewhere? I know it's a tiny little thing, but it messes with my OCD....lol

I believe I heard that webtop will be discontinued by Moto/VZW going forward so you may just need to get used to it.

Yep it has been discontinued but is still working on the OTA JB stock. I was hoping the devs would be able to make it work on awesome roms like this one.

make sure you are dropping the files from the /app from the acid zip into your system/app and files from bin into system/bin and etc into system/etc and lib into system//lib and any remaining folders to their corresponding folders. Then set all the permissions to r-w-r-r

do i set the permissions for every file? or just the folders? sorry its my first time . im right in the middle of it too

so before i copy the files should i change permissions or after. theres alot of BIN files so this could be a tedious process

root browser quit copying files to sys/bin. It just keep saying SU granted root acess but nothing is copying.

I guess i will have to do what i wanted not. Reflash and try again. Ill redo my setup because Ac!d is worth it. The only thing missing on this rom is a good audio engine . And ive tried it a million times. Time to start back at square one. Maybe the next update could have s voice and ac!d included?

Anyone had any problems with odd things happening when you use the USB function of the phone (namely: storage mode) Back on the ICS version of Jellywiz, I had the same issue that keeps cropping up. Yesterday, I noticed that all my playlists disappeared from the sdcard. (I keep them on the ext-sdcard, so I don't lose them when I change roms.) Been using it for several days without a problem and yesterday, I noticed they were removed... not there anymore. The only thing I did from the last time I used them was plug the USB data cable in (to charge), but also access a few pictures in the DCIM folder.

The other odd thing, is after I plug that in, my ring tone always shows up as 'unknown' and I have to reset it. I could see when the phone is actually plugged in it not being able to find it, because you are using the sdcard. But, anytime after I'm done using the cable, I have to manually reset my ringtone (it is one stored on my sd-card.) Do other roms have this problem? The only one I used before Jellywizz (JB) was Wizzed-Bean (ICS) and it did the same exact thing. I can't figure out what causes it to do that. (I also had playlist issues on Wizzed-Bean, but a reboot always fixed it. They were never removed like this has done.)

yea the ringtone thing happened to me a couple times..
Finally got the Ac!d mod. Wiped everything ROM included and just reflashed everything and its there. IDK what happened the first time to prevent installation but finally it is there. This is now officialy my favorite ROM. But team fuzion is not far behind...

pretty good battery life after calibration.

Just wanted to check and see if anyone else has gotten webtop to work? Maybe i just need to try flashing it again?
