YouTube was not included in the rom but I will look into this issue when I have time

everything seems great so far. Happy to be on jb.
One quick question, my calendar is there, but will not sync. Keeps saying sync is experiencing experiencing problems will be back shortly. Everything else has synced perfect though, just not my calendar. I read online some where that the person fixed this by reflashing gapps over their rom, You guys obviously have your gapps included in your main .zip, so i'm not sure what to do. What's the best way to go about getting my calendar working?

After having this all night I have to say my signal is the best on this ROM. I did run into the deep sleep issue once and had to switch to hotplug.

Sounds like a connection problem with the Google servers not syncing. The best thing to do is try again. I just synced my calendar and everything seems to be working fine.

I'm thinking I got a bad download. Is it normal to not have any calendar app or mobile hotspot app?

Mine syncs but I don't have the app in the drawer. I use Android Pro Widgets & it syncs fine with that. Strange thing is, the calendar apk is in system/app but it just won't show up.

Mobile hotspot is in the settings menu below Bluetooth. The calendar is in version 1.2 which was updated on 01/03/13. I accidently left the calendar app out but it is there now. If you don't want to flash the new version you can download Google Calendar from the Play Store.

Nope haven't had anything like that happen. Been running this thing for a week now and no issues like that

Change your governor to hotplug.
