Yep, that's exactly where it is^ its buried down in framework-res.apk > res > drawable as default_wallpaper.jpg ... should be able to extract it with 7-Zip or similar.

Besides that I ended today with 15% more battery life than I did with stock. Well done.

1. The phone never goes in to deep sleep, according to cpu spy. Any tips on this? I'm running the pegasusq governor.
2. The screen is consuming most of the battery life. Can someone point me to how I can change the screen brightness settings, and particularly what the "recommended" settings might be? I see various posts on the internet on this, but am finding it hard to make much sense of them, and not sure if these vary by ROM at all.
Thanks!

I just jumped over to the JB kernel a few days back and have tried several ROMs, some were pretty good, some weren't, but this one is the best for me so far!
Having come from the ICS kernel and using CNA from 10/22 (dhacker port), and having been used to all the awesome customization available in CNA, I'm *sorely* missing it on all the available JB ROMs.
Is there any way to get Theme Chooser integrated (does it even work on JB?)
Power switches customization in the pull-down is one of my personal most-used features from the ICS kernel ROMs, including the one for flashlight - imperative for me.
One of the previous JB ROMs I recently tried had Beats integrated. Is that possible? The integrated Beats sounded WAAAY better than DSP for me.
Status bar customization would be awesome (ability to change colors, move clock to center (or left) and change status icons was REALLY cool in CNA - I miss that.
Lock screen customization. Currently using WidgetLocker, and while it serves it's purpose, I much prefer an integrated JB lockscreen.
I haven't had any issues with the ROM aside from Google Now fc, but force uninstalled and reinstall fixed that.
Call sound quality is great, battery life on my phone is right on par with the CNA I came from (which is literally TWICE as good as the other JB ROMs I've tried recently)
Two small quirks (and perhaps it's just my phone on JB ROMs)
1) The proximity sensor doesn't always sense when I pull the phone away from my head, forcing me to hit the power button to bring it forward to end a call. This has happened on every JB ROM I've tried, but never happened on any ICS kernel ROM (including the JB ROMs on ICS kernel that I had run for several months)
2) Haptic feedback on anything text gives out after a few seconds. I can be part-way through a 50 word text and out of nowhere, the haptic feedback just isn't there.
If I wait a few minutes, it comes back on as long as I'm not constantly typing/swyping something.
All in all, a great ROM. I'd LOVE to see a bunch of customization features implemented if possible - I don't know which direction you're heading with your ROM, but I do believe that customization is the one big thing that separates us from the i-Cult crowd, and any ROM that has lots of customization is going to be a favorite of the masses.

Great ROM! Actually, my favorite on the JB leak. Only gripe is the transparent messaging theme doesn't do well with a light wallpaper. Easy to solve with GoSMS, or I guess I could pull the messaging apk from some other ROM.

I had that problem when I tried to make the wallpaper the background in a transparent app. Better to set first layer as transparent and than have an image behind it that goes with whatever you're trying to do. Was doing that for Flick Prime, than JB happened lol

ANY type of searching, anything to do with voice or TTS causes Google Search to close.
I've used TiBu to force uninstall and reboot, and even used Rom Toolbox to try the same... but it still exists, which says to me that something doesn't have the appropriate permissions to actually remove Google Search from the ROM.
What are the manual steps? I'd like to physically remove it myself just as a test.
**EDIT: Nevermind... figured it out. Working for now. I'll chime back in if it starts closing again with more info on what's causing it.

I'm not sure if maybe there is an application installed that may be causing this, but any input would be appreciated. I've read that the "Root Call Blocker" app has caused many other Jelly Bean users to lose their data whenever root access is granted to that app, but uninstalled this app a couple of days back.

Has anyone else been reporting Data Connection issues with this ROM or the OTA JellyBean leak? I am currently on the ROM and love the tweaks made over the OTA leak, but the data connectivity is becoming an annoyance. I would say my data (includes voice and 3G/4G) is on only 50% of the time. Sometimes toggling with the data and/or airplane mode may bring the data back, but typically the data drops again eventually. Re-booting the phone yields the same results. I've also found that I've had issues with connecting to WI-FI that uses WPA-PSK encryption. I could connection fine to WPA2 encrypted networks.

I get the best signal on this rom, i have ran others and this guy gets me 4g where no others will. Sounds like something is either installed causing it or a bad install of the rom, might want to start fresh.

This is the first that I'm hearing of such an issue. My first question to you is did you follow all the instructions for flashing the Rom? Second do you think it might be possible that it's caused by the hardware? I have 4G all day long and a rock solid WiFi connection at night so this has me wondering if there is an app causing this or the hardware. This appears to be an isolated issue. Try re flashing and see what happens.

2) Prior to installing the OTA Jelly Bean on my phone, I was not having any issues with data connections at all with ICS.
I will re-flash tonight and let you all know the results.
