See that's just it. I did do that. And I got my verizon to work just fine with that method. . But not nfl mobile. I even replaced the verizon ss file in the system app folder using files from two roms it works in including the stock jb ota leak and same thing. I'm at my wits end. Haha.

Perhaps something in build.prop is not correct for NFL Mobile to identify your phone as an eligible Verizon phone ? Compare it to stock and see what's different?

If you are on the speedometer and would like to go back to what came with the ROM use the return to stock option found under toggle mods

thats what i figured but when clicked as an option the utility reboots. i'll try it when i get home on a knowing good cable and utility DL since thats how i got it in the first place. thanks for the help! love the rom!

Last night I switched from the interactive governor to stock pegasusq and within 24 hours I've had a screen off lockup. I'll keep using it and if it happens again I'll try switching to hotplug.

Did you change permissions of the Verizon SS file thing to rw-r--r--?

I feel bad now. I don't use NFL Mobile. just wanted to see if I could get it to work . . . :(

I will be adding the stock MMS apk to the utility probably tomorrow. Lowns has been formatting his hard drive and getting everything going so I haven't gotten files yet :)

Yeah i tried all of that. I just got it working, but doing something entirely different. I had tried everything else so I had nothing to lose. What I actually finally did to make it work for me was use ti backup to backup nfl mobile and verizon login in the jb ota leak on the stock rom slot. Then I came back to the Fuzion rom and uninstalled nfl mobile and verizon login using ti backup. I rebooted, wiped cache/dalvik, and restored the stock backup of the apps to the Fuzion rom with ti, restarted, wiped cache/dalvik again and fixed permissions with ss. Rebooted and it finally works!

I want to let you guys know that the latest Fuzion is great. I have been flashing for some time on my Razr. I have been running some version of Full Throttle since I purchased the phone and learned of this site. This is one of the most stable releases I have put on my phone. I have not tried the utility at all, haven't felt the need to. I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication to quality. I wish Motorola and Verizon would do the same. Battery life is truly awesome with this release. Keep up the great work. Hope to see some AOKP or CNA builds when they are available.

He just means that folks with non-rooted phones are now able to root them.

If your phone is still rooted after updating to JB there is nothing for you to do.

people who are rooted previous to this new method did so by preserving their root through ota root keeper. Now you don't need that. You don't need to do anything right now but if you lost root somehow you wouldn't be sol

This ROM looks stable! I love the blueish theme. I am probably going to flash this when I get time until andlaw can get his BW JB up and running. Stock MMS and BT work on this right? I did not see it uner the known issues unless I missed it.

OK when I find what do I do then ? I've seen people talk about permissions and they change them to make that particular app work.what do I need to change mine to?

before (fix permissions) you must to do (wipe cache) (wipe Dalvik)
steps are followed;
reboot SS3 - wipe - wipe cache - wipe Dalvik - back (home page) - advanced - fix permissions - reboot (and ready to go)
good luck

Is it just me or is there no option to silence the shutter sound in the camera app?

I don't think 4.2 Has the option. Maybe look under sound settings I'm not currently on the build.
