OK I talked to tusctwo and he gave me pointers on the hard buttons
so here it the zip to flash softkeys no hard buttons
new softkey style also
if this is liked maybe can be added to utility

I like the theme on these soft keys but I like the other soft keys better.

She's doing well! Been debating about bringing her up to jb, I tested on my phone first cause she really needs hers for work, but I think I'm gonna go ahead and update her

Just wanted to put this out there for everyone. I'm working on a nice update for the utility 
1 it will be a lot cleaner on the main menu. 2 there will be options for 24V's keyboards that lowns has made compatible with jb. 3 a return to stock option. And 4, it will be updated for out next ROM release

they are probably the backup assistant error messages, I think the way to get rid of them is to opt out of backup assistantI've been getting since I rooted they are from Verizon.you can stop them I think

They could be just a touch bigger to fill some of the negative space on the Nav bar.

I've tried every fix I can find and every fix I've tried in the past that worked. Still can't get My Verizon Mobile or NFL Mobile to work. Any suggestions?

How about boot logos?
Don't want to attempt that until we have a working set of fastboot files and a root option for jb. Flashing a boot logo can prevent you from being able to get recovery, which means you would be done for. Don't want to put anyone through that.
