Download the zip and extract it to your desktop. Run the batch file inside.

No problem dude, but all credits belong to Dtrail. He made it for the OG JB Leak and i just add the Tweaks and Infos for the Rom i'm currently flashing. If the Tweaks not in the Build.prob we won't get the right experience when we use the Roms on our GSM Devices

You plug the phone into the computer and make sure USB debugging is enabled. After that you can use any of the options, they do as they say in the menu.

thanks i thought it was for that i just want to make sure.do i turn the phone off or put it in the flash boot mode? or just hook it up after doing debugging?

The clock it refers to is in the status bar (not pulled down) right now it's centered. Right clock means it's moved back to the right (it's stock position)
