I downloaded this but it keeps saying app isnt installed. What can I do.

Use a root browser delete the old app in System/app if there then paste new apk
Change permissions to rw-r-r
Reboot

Delete you tube reboot phone then download the new ugly white one in market

thanks for the link but it still says app not install.Wonder what I've done for it not to work.It will download and do regular stuff just when it should say installeg it says app not installed

Ok here is the camera you need to delete moto camera and moto galltery from system apps before flashing this.

Thanks vtwin for the camera 4.2 didn't work... now have no cam.. any suggestions flash said it installed successfully but nothing is here?

did you try looking in system apps with root explorer or rom tool box to see if you need to set permissions, sorry I missed your post

Don't install the APK!
Use a root browser navigate to system/app toggle system to rw (read/write) delete the old APK and paste the new one in then reboot. It will be installed on boot.

that a little out of my league maybe later someone can teach me.I need. to learn how to change apk to bak and learn how to do permission changes.But really need to know what all that means not just follow directions on install .Got to learn the terminology and the meanings of it

He still need to also install the lib file so the camera will work and set permissions and it also
