in 15-20 minutes i will have a mirror available for those who are going extremely slow and for those who are about to start in case it's slow

I have no way of using my gmail account and can't get into any of the gapps, anyone else having this issue?

Did you flash only the ROM before booting? You should be able to sign in under settings -> add account
