I have been running build 1 of this ROM for a while, and I really like it. Great work!
2 questions...
1. I really miss my visual voice mail. It is not in this ROM, so I tried to copy over the apk and odex files from the stock side, but it didn't work. I tried to restore a titanium backup of the app, but that was a no go too... Any way to get that app over here?

2. I see the OP is now for build 2. I did not see anything in the change log that was after the date I downloaded Build 1. What are the differences in the two builds, and is it worth the effort to flash it and re-setup my phone?

It shows 1.1.0 under the "about phone" because the build prop was not changed...This does not effect the rom at all, just an aesthetic thing.

OK. But what about the ota prompt for the 1.0 version? Should I ignore that? Or am I running the latest version already?

There is no animation when charging baterry bar.
I can not select this option.

Is ADBd built into this ROM? I've had issues using adb to push apks, and have had to use Matt's adb utility each time I flashed SystemUI and framework-res

Is long press volume rocker for skipping tracks included in this Rom?

OK - looks like we still need answer on:

1) Full wipe or no? I'm guessing full wipe but would be nice to get the "final answer"

2) Smart Actions - have we given up on getting this working? It was working on the initial release and I got hooked on the drug. If we can't make it official can someone explain how we got it working in the first place so maybe we can try?

3) Volume switch on lock-screen - what happened to it? Can we get it back?

I really like the theme changes made and dig that battery bar mod. I also for those who care was able to use the utility to add live wallpapers and the RAZR M launcher/circle widget with no issues.

Sigh...this update doesn't like me. Tried the wipe cache, wipe dalvik, install = continuous boot logo. Tried wipe cache, wipe dalvik, wipe data, wipe system, install = continuous boot logo. Next will be delete ROM slot, 4 wipes and install.

you can use tasker instead of smart actions. I prefer it to smart actions because it doesn't limit you. your phone is yours to control.

My feeling exactly! At work, downloaded, but can't flash until I get home.....it's like an itch I can't scratch!

I managed to download and load into a new rom slot. I didn't want to loose RSE! I am sticking with RSE for now.. it was going good until some jack wagon introduced a virus and I got busy. just another day I guess

Yeah, I've used Tasker before but have gotten used to the simplicity of setting up rules in Smart Actions. I know Tasker recently revamped their interface so I'll try it again. Thanks.

I use Llama. It has lots of options. Not real simple, but very powerful. Give it a look.

I understand that.. it took a few min to run through and do some test profiles and watch it work. but once I got the hang of it AWESOME.

The two profiles that get used the most is: depending which cell tower the phone connects to it will turn on wifi or not. (faster, better, and seem to use less battery that GPS checks)
and when I plug in the earphone to start my player.

I playing with auto response to SMS. like locate my phone and lost phone messages n stuff.

yes, I can't believe I bought it.. for that price. but heck.. it works for me. Never tried llama

I did the update to V.2 I really digged the battery bar but when I went back into the utility to get the center clock with the blue toggles once the phone rebooted the bar does not show anymore. in setting it shows that it is on. I dont want to have to re wipe again just to get the bar back any ideas maybe just reinsall with out wiping anything would fix it? but then I migt lose the blue toggles and be at where I am now once installing the blue toggles back again. I love the blue toggles and the bar now is awesome.
