Kinda rule of thumb to not ask for next build or next release. It will be released when its released

I'm seeing the same thing. After roughly 7 hours on very light use, my Android OS leads the list at 35% followed by screen at 30%. Any ideas? I rebooted as I left for work this morning.

Same here. 10 hours running with OS 35% and screen 30%.

So, with light use, wouldn't it make sense that the OS starts to use more battery than the screen. If the phone is just sitting 'idle' and you're not actively using it, then the OS is working and the screen is not. It makes perfect sense to me that at some point the OS usage would exceed that of the screen, but if you started actively using the phone then the screen percentage would increase again and overtake the OS.

I had a little bug happen today I wanted to let you all know about. The time on my phone skipped up about an hour and twenty minutes. I couldn't change it back and I wasn't able to wipe at the time to see if that fixed it so I went back to my other ROM for now. Keep an eye out because you might go to work an hour early like I did this morning lol.

I haven't been a light user since I ditched my Thunderbolt ;) The only times my phone sits idle for decent periods of time is when I'm sleeping :P One of the main reasons I got the Maxx.

AND the entire time I was on ICS, not once did I see the OS a higher percentage than the Screen. *shrug*

Sirvalence specifically said he was a light user, you said 'same here' - so I naturally assumed... :)

Personally I never look at that screen unless there is a specific problem I'm chasing (rapid battery drain). On this ROM the phone has a nice long battery life, so I never look at the screen. I have no idea what app has the major draw - I just don't care as long as there is reasonable charge remaining at the end of the day.

Sorry, I didn't see the light user part. I also don't look at that screen (usually). I only did in response to the post and thought it odd. But my battery life is good *shrug*

Honestly, I've had excellent battery life as well. I test drove Triplecore's ROM for a day or two and saw the same thing. I guess it's a non-issue, just something that caught my eye as I've never seen that while running GB or ICS.

Anyone having problems with custom ringtones? No matter what I set a contacts ringtone to, it just plays the phone ringtone. Also custom notifications in lightflow don't work. Just plays the default notification tone.

I fixed the ringtone problem by unmounting and remounting the external sd card.

I'm alive. So I may have mentioned this, I work and am doing my MSN at the same time. Holy thesis proposals batman... I'll do stuff in the next couple days. Possibly a new build with 10.1, but when I glanced it seemed to be a WIP so we'll see when I actually check it out and the source.

:D

I've been through the ROM list so many times looking for a replacement but nothing makes the cut. Looking forward to your update! Thanks for finding some time in what must be a very busy schedule, I appreciate your hard work.

Depending on the problem, just force stop the program trying to use it and restart that app. Also, cycling GPS on/off will force a refresh. I've had no problems with GPS on this ROM at all.

Also, I used to be a dedicated Eclipse user on the Bionic and D1. I tried this on the Maxx and no matter what other ROMs I try I keep coming back to this one. Awesome work!
