Strange issue.

On SS 3.07, Triplecore installed in slot 1. Installed rom, gapps, modules, and init. Gapps not showing up, and the system looks stock (no toggles, boot anim is annoying droid eye thing). I tried flashing gapps again, no luck. Haven't seen any errors when I flashed.

What did I do wrong?

Ok, something funny just happened... I flashed this ROM using bootmenu on my XT910 (GSM) and I forgot to apply the GSM patch... The funny thing is that the phone booted without the GSM patch... Although I got random reboots, I've never got an CDMA ics rom to boot on my XT910 before....

The Bionic test builds use the same kernel as the RAZR leak. Versatile kernel indeed lol Probably has something to do with it.

This is a stock ROM, till hash code gets the files for cm10 or aokp figured out. So everything about it is stock. The custom ROMs should be coming soon. As for gapps you may have a corrupted zip, try redownloading or going to goo.im and pulling gapps from there.

I'm kinda in a predicament. My screen is busted and I'm going to use my insurance to get a new one. if i install this will i be able to switch back to ics on safe side and fastboot before i turn it in or should i just wait? I've been out of the game for a while and wasn't interested in loading a partly broken JB so i haven't played with the new safestraps

Look for dual boot JB under development section and you'll be able to retain your ICS as your main and install this ROM in one of the safestraps slots. Specifically, look for post #46

Every-time I try to flash the rom it errors out.
"E:Unable to open zip file."
"Error flashing zip '/sdcard-ext/downloads/TripleCoretest11.zip"

Does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, I am and I have downloaded the files a couple different times just in case the first download was corrupt. I would normally compare the md5 sum number but I can't find the original number online.

Yes....That is how I have to get them to load, they won't hold at startup so I have them load at boot of the ROM. Im using ROM Tool Box

You need to download all four files, SS, ROM and modules. Actually...You dont "need" the modules if you dont want to beef up the ROM. Sounds like you have SS, so you need the ROM and the Gapps

So there is a new ROM up for testing everyone.....REV 11. I will get the OP updated but in the mean time....Apex is removed and replaced with Droid Razr M launcher and as default, but he also loaded Nova. 1% Battery MOD is done as well. There are a few bugs....Still get a FC on the Verizon setup but he is narrowing in on that sucker. Wrong Boot Animation happened for me and it appears that some gapps are not sowing up like GMail. I installed Rev 11 as an "update" so Gmail was there for me, but I had to resync my account. Everything else has been awesome. These guys are still tweaking, so I expect more changes in the coming days. Let us know your thoughts, errors, bugs, issues or praise on Rev 11 :)

UPDATE
Just saw Hashcode has SS v3.11 out now. Will check it out later this afternoon, about to leave the house for the morning
