I remember you mentioning that, but I installed as an update, and it works fine after a fix permission.

We at TSC are pleased that you got this to work treating it as an update, but you are more than likely not getting a true TSC experience since there are number of mods that need to be loaded on the back end and copying over them as an update doesn't allow these changes to take place. But, if it works for you then to each his own. Both our Dev's for TSC highly recommend you backup with App2Zip and/or Ti Backup, do a complete wipe and install as a new.

We have been a little more cautious releasing he builds. Taecon and I are testing now. Once we report back findings to the Dev's, they'll give us all the green light to move this final build as the live one (I think)

Haha...way to be diplomatic.
I didn't understand that was the reasoning. Earlier I thought you said you couldn't get it to work as an update, not that it *needs* to be installed fresh.
Since you said you have a new build, I'll install fresh when the new build is released.

Never had that problem. Did you try a reboot to see if that fixes the problem

I just switched to the leak JB rom and vibration still isn't working. I updated safestrap to 3.11 as well. I wouldn't care because I don't need the vibration, but I have loaded the JB leak/SS/triplecore on a friends razr maxx and now it doesn't have vibration any more either..............................
Never mind. I found that if i drop my phone onto a flat surface a couple times the vibrator motor starts working again. I guess I'll have to chalk it up to bad quality control from Mot.

It's the motor, not the ROM. I've had that issue on both RAZR maxx's (got a replacement) and after dropping lightly a few times, the vibration motor has started going on and off. A little hit to the back usually fixes it

I actually considered fighting for an upgrade since the issue's really annoying, but since they had already given me the RAZR maxx after two $#!+ty rezounds, I stuck with it

It will say 0/1 in recovery (meaning that you were once rooted), but they really don't check that
