What is this!?
This is a stock version of MotoBlur 98.72.8 -- setup as a flashable ROM for Safestrap (v3.06)

Why would you want this?
- Chances are you won't use this at all. This is for devs who want to start modding the stock ROM based on the Motorola JB 4.1.2 OTA.

What do I need to have installed to run this?
- You must be on Motorola JB 4.1.2 OTA for the Droid RAZR
- Safestrap v3.07:

The only changes from stock are:
- Pre-rooted with su binary and Superuser.apk
- Updated busybox and symlinks in /system/xbin (borked, re-building ROM)
- Configured for use w/ Safestrap

Very good point. This is for flashing to rom-slots if you intend to make changes which may brick your system and/or to be used by devs as a ROM base to theme/mod.

Your main stock system needs to be on the JB release.

Is there a method to doing this without matts utility? I don't own a computer...sorry if this is the wrong place to ask
I'm on the .215 leak and it won't let me update to jb obviously because I'm not on .211 any suggestions are much appreciated =]

Some have said this isn't flashing correctly. So I'm downloading the file back from goo and trying a fresh install now.

But the OP is updated w/ the goo link.

This file saved me. I found it in another thread... My pokings on the non-safe side rendered my non-safe non-functional... I had pulled a backup but it wouldn`t restore correctly either and I ended up with a phone that booted but with a blank screen... When this file dropped I flashed my nonfunctional restore of my nonsafe side and dirty flashed this right over top of it lol.... it booted in slot one on the safe side with all the changes I had made in the non-safe before hosing it... thank God... My non safe is still hosed and unusable, but my slot one is now booting and identical... Thanks hashcode...

Yeah, looks like there's a problem with the new MotoBlur base ROM. I'll need to do some troubleshooting.
