Might also need a team blackhat adapter or cord if your battery is too weak to flash anything.

Well..... Have you acquired (or made) a factory cable so you can attempt one of the restore methods mentioned above?

Ok...... Try this.... Power off the phone..... Hold all 3 buttons for a couple seconds to bring up the boot menu..... Use volume down button to highlight BP Tools ... Hit volume up to select it..... IMMEDIATELY plug in to an AC (wall) charger...wait a few moments... If the charging animation shows up then it is charging..... DO NOT remove from charger, it will take about 3-4 hours to fully charge......

Note.... You may have to do this a couple times before it works...and its not guarenteed to work.... But its worth a try

If that does not work..... You will have to get a factory cable or adapter.....

Well.... If you can't get it to charge by doing what I said.... Then a factory cable is the only way to get it to flash..... Unless you really really want to disassemble the phone and hard wire the battery for a little while......

No.... You cannot install "charging files" via stock recovery
