It's in the HouseOfMoto directory. If it's not there, you didn't install it correctly.

No. It's not a zip file. It's a jar. Your system is doing very wrong things. You should fix that. Hint...your system is seeing the jar as a zip and isn't associated with java. That's not something I'm going to troubleshoot and fix for you. Use google.

It's not seeing the proper fastboot for your device. Do you have fastboot in the path somewhere?

Try this...
Grab that and extract it to the HouseOfMoto\TOOLS folder and overwrite the existing files in TOOLS with the contents of that zip. Then run the flashme.bat again. You should let me know either way whether it works or doesn't as this could signify an issue with the older snapdragon devices and the newer fastboot I'm using in the HoM.

LOL. You do know how many people use the HoM, right? It's not a problem with the HoM but something with your particular setup. The fact that it couldn't find the system img suggests that it still wasn't using the right fastboot. That's something local to your machine I'm afraid.

Looks like you have either a wrong fastboot issue (use the support file I provide) or you have USB connection problems with your device.
Yeah, the included fastboot just had to have executable permissions. Ran it again and it all worked.
The root exploit also worked:
Bootloader still locked, though. SunShine doesn't work for xt926.

Hmm... are you suggesting that if I have root on 183.46.15 that the 186.46.10 bootloader unlock may work?

I didn't see you were on the .15 build. There is no unlock for the .15 build that I know of. The .10 version is unlockable with the info from the thead I posted. Sorry but unlocking disappeared when .15 was released.

My apologies I wasn't trying to sound like a jerk. Honestly. I really appreciate your assistance, it was an emense help! I would have been lost without you guys. And reffering to my system. Are there fastboot files or something I can download for my phone or is it something wrong with my system files yo would think? It tells me that updates are available through windows update maybe that could be a factor.
