LOL. My tools do almost no error checking. They either work or they don't.
lmfao - sure they do. It it works, you had no errors. If it doesn't, the PEBKAC.
You must think this is Microsoft ... Hahaha

I suspect I know what that issue is with fastboot. I think they changed something and it now requires both adb dll's to be in the tools directory. I'll deal with it later. I just got home after being gone all week.

Yea, once I get a free minute I'll make an update package that can be dropped in. Not sure what they've done but they certainly seem to require both dll's in the same dir as fastboot which is contrary to how it used to be. I'll grab the latest platform tools while I'm at it and throw it up in the OP so people can have it. I guess it might be time to pull the tools out of the main install and keep them separate going forward as Google tends to update platform tools right when we need to use this anyway.

Stock. I don't move it. The script that gets created knows the location of both custom and stock recovery files, and depending on which one you choose when you run the script, will flash the appropriate one.

Hence why I wrote it that way.

Two words: "Coming soon". Of course, it's been coming soon for 2 weeks now...

5.1.1 has been out for a while, yes. I ran it for about an hour before I switched to M.

Sam I dont think that I ever reported that on a Mac, the jar fails to find twrp correctly in the RECOVERY folder. The first message states that there a multiple copies in the folder, which there are not, and the second message says fail. The jar does complete and everything is correct, except the flashme.sh doesnt have anything about the custom recovery, only the standard recovery.
is the jar file looking for a particular filename when it looks at the RECOVERY folder?
let me know if I can provide any more details, assuming you want to fix it

It's looking for a file pattern and it fails in Windows too. It's on my todo list but I'm on Vaca right now.
