I'm making Dropbox work at 5-6 KB/s and non-working at all.

My source is off at church and in about an hour should have a dev-host link. *crossing fingers*

Otherwise waiting on Dropbox.

Anyone here who got this already installed and kept root (or try the ics exploit from Dan Rosenberg to root it, could work because it's still 3.0.8 kernel) please make a nandroid backup (safestrap 3) and post or PM me system only. Thx! I want to make a flashable with it and also port it to GSM

Dude, it goes by each particular phone's release date. The newer the phone, the sooner the update and so on. Look at the official moto update list, it goes in that order.

I mean wouldn't you be even more pissed off if say Droid 3 and Droid X users were getting updates before the Bionic?

You don't understand the implications here. Going by that, the Droid 4 should be the only phone testing thus far. The RAZR and D4 are, the Bionic is NOT. The Bionic is only a few weeks older, the RAZR is MONTHS newer than the D4. And the OMAP builds were supposed to be unified. The fact that there isn't even a Bionic build IN f%$kING TESTING should be a clue to you as to why I am pissed.

However, you RAZR owners don't know how it feels to be the redheaded stepchild, so I suspect it is easy for you to sit there and try to justify it. "f%$k you Bionic owners, we don't care, WE HAVE OUR UPDATE".

Well, I would have known what to ask for for Christmas if I knew they were going to pull this $#!+ on us Bionic owners. To hear that a build is not even in testing is f%$king ridiculous, as it goes against everything we have been told about a "unified build".

You guys will get JB. Other OMAP devices are in testing. Punit Soni has made a specific promise to get you guys what you deserve. Update list says you'll get it.


Those are facts.

Calm down, we know what to expect from Moto. Maybe they'll change? Maybe they'll continue to screw people?

I think we'll know for sure when they've gotten completely out of supporting old Moto phones and into the new Motorola.

Again, forget about this for today. It's simply not worth it. Merry Christmas dude.
