Can't wait. I hope it is the official one. Or at least one that we can flash. I have been trying to update the SuperUser as well; the app is at 3.1.3 but it fails trying to update to 3.1.1. Says "Gaining root access. . . fail".

Hopefully not. I paid just as much as you guys did for your RAZRs, with only a few weeks separating them. If they were going to treat our phone like second class, they should have charged us half price.

I think the difference here is the promises made to us Bionic owners were made by the current regime (Punit Soni). We were promised a new Motorola with a new way of doing things. We were also promised a "special plan" for the Bionic. Not seeing it delivered as of right now.

And a Merry Christmas to you as well, my friend. Refreshing to see people are no longer afraid to say "Merry Christmas".

Although it's not so merry now that I have to save up $700 to get a phone that doesn't run a POS year old operating system. I'm quite sad, but also quite convinced that Soni is not going to deliver. How can he? He's one person with an entire company against him.

I was having the same prob, but I just let it sit for about 15-20 mins and when i looked back at my phone it had updated! Be patient!

Dude, it goes by each particular phone's release date. The newer the phone, the sooner the update and so on. Look at the official moto update list, it goes in that order.

I mean wouldn't you be even more pissed off if say Droid 3 and Droid X users were getting updates before the Bionic?

Experienced the same - downloading, then suspended, then gone and "up to date". This was on a stock razr. I fastbooted my daily razr and now appears there is nothing to pull. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It's not april motorola! not cool!

You should be able to use Matt's Razr Utility, its pretty simplified.
