Can anyone tell me if this update has "Hebrew" as one of the available input languages?

It's available on the stock keyboard

Anyone having an issue with email?

I seem to be having a hard time setting up my email accounts...and deleting an existing account. Keeps saying an error has occured and can't delete.

I'm having a time here. I of course learned I can't do this on Windows 8. (I just HAD to upgrade.) I hopped on a vista pc and it's saying "adb is not recognized as internal or external command operable program or batch file".
I installed drivers
Windows Vista 64bit
I finally got it to run option 1, but it gives me that error any time I try to root it. Grrr.

lol I should have tried this first.

I renamed adb.exe to adb.exe.exe rebooted, renamed it back to adb.exe and now it's working.

Thanks for the help Dr0idDR

driver issue? the 1.82 utility does have a folder with the driver

I already ran that for my 64bit so that could not be it.

I wiped cache as you suggested but to no avail. I'm also running .211. Here's the error message it gave me

"Verifying current system...
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/bin/logwrapp
er", "f39fcbd278b9e92e9fbedc6a62a047dc23459416", "4a63
fec78956def045b442910a754fa640db8f5a")
e:error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
Instalation aborted."

Same error here. I apologize if it's been answered I'm reading on from page 6 to current #19

Did someone say they used Matt's 1.81 to REVERT BACK to ICS ---- AFTER installing this update?

I believe it should be caused by SS3. Best to fastboot back to stock 211 (root and save root), then update again.

Right now running

got root back, didnt even lose any charge still at 70% kept it plugged in :)

cleared cache before update, probably helped!

Thanks everyone for the info and instructions...

LTE is working fine so far, going to see if it drops out like it did on ICS.
& WiFi Tether for root users is working!

I know a lot hate to hear this but going back to .211 with Matt's utility is the easiest way to avoid most of the issues we see. I hate doing it myself but on updates like this I always do. It gives me a little more peace of mind when I do it this way and reduces my chances of having problems. Now I am not saying this is the guaranteed way to do things with no problems so please don't think that. I just know that a lot of us, myself included tend to do things between updates that could cause a failure without us thinking about it or remembering.

Agreed I assumed since I was on .211 and stayed there I would be fine. I kept getting that status 7 error. FINALLY I decided hmmm let me do what the op actually says and fastboot back and all.

It's updating to JB now with no issue.

Noob question: why can we NOT use Matt's Utility 1.81 to go BACK to ICS? What happens when you update that makes the revert not possible? I thought that the RU wiped all the files then re-wrote them?

Yeah, I have absolutely no idea how it works.

I'm no expert but my guess is differences in the kernel and or bootloaders between the two systems. That's why you couldn't go back to Gingerbread once you updated to ICS. One of the experts can probably weigh in and shed more light on it. :)

Okay as suggested. Starting from scratch using DroidRazrUtility and FB back then proceeding with Root and hopefully did "Voodoo-Root Keeper" correctly, (time will tell) as my system seems to be processing the update now and proceeding.

? = Can I install SS3 and get back into my previous ROMS from this or am I porked? :P

basically... the update/upgrade changes the filesystem and partitions and the "order of operations" .... each of the utilities are set up to run in a specific order based on the filesystem and partitions ......
