The entitelment check hack does not work, but wif tether for root users does (Playstore) Just go in settings a set to Generic ICS/JB wlan1 and it works great.OK it looks like people are keeping root.
But what about WIFI hack?
EDIT: Like a , etrorteepe reminded me that after setting up the wif hack in SQLite, you have to reboot before it will work.

I cant get back into the stock recovery. Im stuck at just the Moto M. Cant get into fastboot or anything else.
Hold down power button + volume keys for 10 sec. This will shut off phone. Same combo to turn it on and select recovery. From here you can wipe and reflash

for nowJust a FYI. Safestrap installs and works on this also, but of course no ROMS for this kernel yet.

Make sure you are rooted when updating the binary (if you have temporarily unrooted with rootkeeper that may be the problem)

is there anyway that I could re-flash JB from my PC? My phone isnt responding to anything.
Hold Power, Vol Up, Vol Down ( all 3) until you see the screen flash, then let go of power. That should get you to the bootloader screen. From there you can go into recovery and try flashing again.
That's rare to have a successfull install followed by the big red M. You have a Verizon Droid Razr / Maxx CDMA? Were you 100% stock (not counting root) prior to doing the ota?
No error messages during the install? It said it installed sucessfully?
